This video shows how to receive a dropship PO by doing an Item Fulfillment from a Sales Order, using the Celigo SmartClient.

To receive a dropship PO with item fulfillment in SmartClient, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions > Purchases > Receive Purchase Order.
  2. Select the dropship PO that you want to receive.
  3. In the Item Fulfillment section, enter the quantity of each item that you have received.
  4. Click the Receive button.

SmartClient will create an item fulfillment transaction and update the status of the dropship PO to “Received”.

If you have not received all of the items on the dropship PO, you can create a partial item fulfillment. To do this, follow the steps above, but enter a quantity of less than the total quantity ordered for each item that you have received.

Once you have received all of the items on the dropship PO, you can close the PO. To do this, go to Transactions > Purchases > Close Purchase Order. Select the dropship PO that you want to close and click the Close button.

Here are some additional tips for receiving dropship POs with item fulfillment in SmartClient:

  • Make sure that you have received all of the items on the PO before you receive the PO.
  • If you have not received all of the items on the PO, you can create a partial item fulfillment.
  • Once you have received all of the items on the PO, you can close the PO.
  • You can also use SmartClient to automate the process of receiving dropship POs with item fulfillment. To do this, you can create a workflow that is triggered when a dropship PO is created. The workflow can then automatically create an item fulfillment transaction and update the status of the dropship PO to “Received”.
