To install CloudExtend on Outlook Desktop and Web, follow these steps:
Desktop

- Open Outlook.
- Click Get Add-ins.
- In the search box, type “CloudExtend” and press Enter.
- Click the Add button next to CloudExtend Outlook.
- Once the add-in is installed, click the CloudExtend button on the ribbon bar.
- Click Authenticate with NetSuite or Login to NetSuite.
- Enter your NetSuite user name and password.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter your code.
- Click Connect.
Web
- Open Outlook Web App.
- Click the Add-ins button in the top-right corner of the window.
- In the search box, type “CloudExtend” and press Enter.
- Click the Add button next to CloudExtend Outlook.
- Once the add-in is installed, click the CloudExtend button in the top-right corner of the window.
- Click Authenticate with NetSuite or Login to NetSuite.
- Enter your NetSuite user name and password.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter your code.
- Click Connect.
Once you are logged in, you can start using CloudExtend to sync your Outlook data with NetSuite.
Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble installing CloudExtend, here are some things to check:
- Make sure that you have a valid NetSuite account.
- Make sure that you have the latest version of Outlook installed.
- Make sure that your browser is up to date.
