This method will bring in all NetSuite records associated with the template. It is recommended to use the data filter to limit the download, similar to a saved search in NetSuite.

Steps:

Create a new template or open an existing one.
Click the Download button on the toolbar.
In the Download Data dialog box, select the record type and criteria to filter the results.
Click Download.
2. NetSuite Saved Search

This method allows you to bring in a NetSuite saved search to Excel SmartClient.

Steps:

Create a new template or open an existing one.
Click the NetSuite Saved Search button on the toolbar.
In the Select Saved Search dialog box, select the saved search you want to bring in and click OK.
3. NetSuite Query

This method allows you to create custom queries to retrieve NetSuite data.

Steps:

Create a new template or open an existing one.
Click the NetSuite Query button on the toolbar.
In the NetSuite Query Builder dialog box, create your query and click Run.
